Who Takes The Poison Label Off a Jar of Poison?

GHOST

[gohst]
noun
1. the soul of a dead person, a disembodied spirit imagined, usually as a vague, shadowy or evanescent form, as wandering among or haunting living persons.

Death is one of those touchy subjects. We figure at some point it’s coming for us, but we never truly know how. If you did, does it make it any easier? If you knew the exact time, date and circumstance, would that ease your tension or just make things worse. Some of us don’t want to know, it has to be a surprise. It’s a little strange considering it actually works the opposite way when it comes to birth. People can’t wait to know the day and the hour. If death is going to come, should there at least be a warning like a skull and crossbones on a bottle of poison. Maybe you should see some kind of flag that let’s you know things are about to get hairy. I’d like that…it would let you know that there’s a risk of you dying when you see that flag.

But this article isn’t solely about death. It’s about “her” death, the lady below. And next week, we’ll find out the circumstances behind it.

As usual, all thoughts on these subjects are welcome.

  1. Is she a haunting ghost, or a helpful ghost?

  2. She was a pretty healthy corpse. Will we find out what killed her?

    • One of the things that always bothered me a little was that ghosts appeared as they did when they died. Holes from gunshots, and blood from stab wounds. They would even be walking around in rags as if they’re stuck with the last outfit they wore, and that outfit didn’t hold up with time. If it’s your spirit, then I figure you’re going to make yourself appear however you want. I’m thinking pimples and scars would be a thing of the past. As for what or who killed her, we’ll find that out on Monday in the INSIGHT page.

    • Thanks, I hope people are enjoying them as much as I like writing them up. The INSIGHTs are starting to take on a life of their own. They were just supposed to buy me time, but they seem to be becoming the main feature.
